The Kettlebell Swing is a beautifully simplistic yet extremely effective addition to any runners “off season” training program.
The Kettlebell swing will help develop a powerful leg drive, a rock solid core and unstoppable work capacity, all without going out in the rain.
This exercise is low impact and low tech but delivers a big bang for your buck when done correctly.
